Delivery Policy

Standard deliveries either with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or with our couriers City Link are Free of Charge. We are only able to deliver to mainland UK.

We aim to process and dispatch your order no later than the working day following receipt of your order and for you to take receipt of your goods usually within 3-5 working days and in any case no more than 21 days, subject to stock availability. Wherever possible and subject to stock availability, we endeavour to dispatch orders received before 12 Noon the same working day. However, please allow slightly longer for the busier periods and at Christmas.

A `Working Day` is regarded as Monday to Friday 8am until 6pm excluding Bank Holidays & Public Holidays.

Delivery times are usually between 08:30 and 17:30 Monday Friday.

In most instances the parcel will not be left without a signature. Please provide us with a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. We are happy to arrange delivery to your place of work if this is convenient. If you are out when our couriers call they will leave a card and you can phone to arrange a convenient time for redelivery.

Particular Delivery Date Requests

If you require a delivery to be made on a Saturday we are able to specify a Saturday Delivery with our Couriers. Orders received before 12 Noon on Friday with the £10 surcharge selected as delivery option will be eligible for this service subject to availability of stock.

If you are ordering goods for a particular holiday departure date or as a gift for a birthday etc., please inform us in the Notes field when making your order so we can make every effort to meet this deadline.

The last day we can accept orders for a guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery is 15th December. We'll try our very hardest with orders placed after this date - but they'll be at the mercy of product stock availability, Royal Mail and our other couriers. We are unable to deliver goods between 25th December and 2nd January inclusive.

Out of stock items

Inclusion of any product on our website is not a guarantee of it being in stock at the time of ordering. Situations beyond our control may occasionally result in an item(s) being temporarily unavailable.

Items discontinued by manufacturers or that are no longer available that season we endeavour to remove from our website as quickly as possible.

You will be contacted by email or telephone as soon as possible concerning any item(s) we are unable to supply within 14 days. Out of stock items marked to follow will be sent automatically when they become available. We do NOT make additional charges for this service.
