Returns & Refunds
In line with current health and safety guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse any items that are (for whatever reason) not returned to us in a clean & hygienic condition.
(Note: landmark does NOT accept returns of products purchased from other retailers.):
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery and standard return postal charges of up to £7.50) if the item, after later inspection by us, is proven to have been faulty or has been supplied incorrectly within 28 days of delivery.
If the goods have been supplied as requested but are unwanted they can be returned within 28 days from receipt of goods*. You will be refunded ONLY for the cost of the goods. Delivery charges and return postage charges are non - refundable.
If you would like to exchange for an alternative size we will supply replacements, subject to stock availability. An additional charge of £3.50 will be made to cover handling, and return carriage costs.

If the goods prove unsuitable / unwanted due to an incorrect technical description on our website they can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge and standard return postal charges of up to £ 7.50) within 28 days of delivery.
All items returned must be unused and with their original labelling and packaging intact. Please phone us on 01386 854995 or email info@landmarkstores to be given a returns number to be written on the outside of the bag. A copy of your receipts must also be enclosed.
Please do not send original receipts as we cannot guarantee to return them.
Your right to Cancellation
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, every customer has the right, subject to the provisions outlined above, to cancel their order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. This should be made in writing, either by letter, fax or email. A telephone call is not sufficient.
Returning Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that goods are suspected of being faulty through use - any item must be sent to our returns department here at Landmark and not to the manufacturer. Items will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. Under current legislation we (Landmark (Broadway) Ltd.) are allowed a 'reasonable period' in which to resolve claims relating to the provision of 'faulty' goods.
If an item proves to be faulty upon receipt of goods you are eligible for a full refund (including delivery charge) or a replacement product as outlined in our 'return of goods policy
Returning Goods - Non Warranty Repairs
If your favourite product is simply wearing a bit thin and no longer covered by any relevant guarantee and in need of some TLC many manufacturers offer an efficient repair service for a small charge. Please contact the shop for further information.
Returning Items – Insurance
It is recommended that all items returned to us are covered by appropriate insurance - your local post office can provide details of services available. Landmark (Broadway) Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst in return transit.
For large items we can arrange courier collections on your behalf. A charge will be made for this service if applicable.
Please ensure you have read carefully our terms and conditions and ensured that you have acquired a relevant returns authorisation number before returning any goods back to us.
