Together with an unparalleled range of renowned brands, this simple code of practice buoyed the growth and success of Landmark’s Broadway shop and in 2010 we opened a second store in the beautiful Wiltshire market town of Marlborough.

We pride ourselves in return visits from customers who shop seasonal and new collections from top country clothing labels Barbour, Dubarry, Aigle and Schoffel, walking footwear from Lowa and Meindl , Icebreaker’s excellent technical performance gear, dedicated travel brand Royal Robbins plus an enviable mix of casual wear.

  • We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data.   • We do not store any card details, these are all held and processed by our third party providers, Sage Pay, Verifone & PayPal
  • Customer accounts in store cannot be accessed by anyone who does not need to access them for the purpose of completing a transaction, processing a refund  or exchange.
  • We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

How long we keep your information:

We will never keep your information longer than necessary. Order details will be kept on file indefinitely unless you specifically ask us to remove them. This is to ensure we can contact you should a warranty or recall issues arise.

Your rights regarding your information:

Under GDPR, you are entitled to:

  • access the personal details we hold about you. This will be completed with 30 days of your request.
  • Correct the data we hold about you where it is incorrect, incomplete or out of date
  • Request the cessation of specific direct marketing
